this is what we got. the second special dish is called - beer fish. local fish cooked in local beer. we did photograph because it was like fish swiming in S'CHI so we paid and went to eat in KFC

ah Yangshuo is how the lonely planet china starts the description of Yangshou. If I ever do a doctorate thesis in social Studies I will do it on the evolution of towns around the world from total anonymity all the way to Bali/Cancun resort towns.
