Hue? Huh? Hue? Hey?
The first thing that struck us in Hue was the rain, and it pretty much continued until we left. The citadel was being renovated and the boat trips to the temples were writen off due to the weather so we headed off to Hoi An and were welcomed to an intimate little town with pretty houses, friendly locals and more importantly sunshine. November 12nd update
OK so a bit of a run-down as to our trip:
We set off on September 2nd 2008 (!) for India before heading to China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Singapore. We stopped over in Sydney on 16th December for 5 nights before arriving in Melbourne for Christmas and New Years. We moved into our flat on the 3rd of January (with no electricity for the first two days) and worked all the way up until we left on 16th June 2009. ... full info
