So here in Honduras Independence day lasts from September 13th to September 15th. This year it fell on a weekend, so by the time Friday came around everybody started to feel the buzz. Being a hockey fan in the heart of Honduras isn't easy. No ice rinks, no vacant parking lots, the streets aren't level and even if they were there is no one else to play with.
