up the hill in Cochabamba. Apparently this was an important calender for them too. When the sun rises through particular holes in rocks, they can tell which month of the year it is, and also whether it will be a good or a bad year for agriculture.

Our next sojourn out of La Paz was to head for Lake Titicaca and Isla Del Sol (Island of the sun), the birthplace of the Sun, according to the Incas.
