Water Pipe terrace. (This is a street sign advertising the terrace) We can see the terrace from our hotel rooftop terrace. All carpeted and nice. Sit around on the carpet and smoke from a shared water pipe. Doug assures me it is tobacco because you get thrown under the jail for drugs in Turkey.
