And back to Kuala Lumpur we go!! First time around we landed in KL due to the Chinese visa mishap, but then left the city after a few days to continue onto Singapore and Indonesia. After Borneo we wanted to hit up some of the islands around peninsular Malaysia, but ran into a brick wall! At the time it was "school holiday" and every bus or train to the islands were full ... or the only availab ... read more

We are two liberally minded, non religious, officially homeless and jobless bums out to see the world! Our passports are good for a few more years and one can live for long time on Kraft Dinner - or the African and Asian equivalent!
We have decided that after 24 years and only ever leaving Canada once, it's time to jump off the deep end and travel the world. We'll hit up South America, Africa, Europe and Asia, and the plan is to just go with the flow and see and do whatever our little hearts desire! Departure is October 2007 and we'll return sometime in October 2008... full info
