Thursday 15th May Head out of Texas, through Beaumont which is on 'tornado watch' and back into Louisiana, we have pancakes for breakfast at a Cracker Barrel. They are great but the portions are huge and as always, we have to leave some. Stay in Kinder at the Coushatta Casino Resort which is on the Coushatta Indian Tribe Reservation.
