Umbria... with the program

so after a rainy start to a Friday morning, we slowly made our way to Umbria... a region in central Italy, and the only one that doesn't touch water! we went first to Perugia, which unfortunately, it was FREEZING cold and rainy... and at certain times, it was flurrying.
