Here is the kit I have with me. Probably too much but I must have some comforts (especially the camp chair - which uses my sleeping matress) BIKE Bike - Raceline Hardtail mountain bike. Tyres - Evolution Gearx touring tyres trailer - BOB front handlebar bag cycle computer (with altitude meter) pump drinks bottles (4) drink bottle cages (6) cable lock (2) and padlock mirror bar en ... read more

Hi, I travelled through Thailand, Laos and Yunan province of China by bicycle in 2008. I set off from Bangkok solo although came across many cyclist and was joined in China by a mate, Matt and we continued to the China/Tibet border near Deqen.
