such a lot to carry and drag along the top of a mountain, at 1500m in very hot temperature.

Merci pour toutes ces informations que je t'avais demandées. Agnes m'avait signalé ta réponse, mais je n'avais pas encore l'habitude du blog. C'est incroyable tout ce que tu portes! C'est vrai qu'il faut un minimum de confort sur de telles distances. La difficulté est de trouver le meilleur compromis entre le poids et l'effort. c'est la même chose pour le 'touring ski''que je pratique. en 7 années de compétitions, le poids des équipements indispensables a été divisé par 2 ( moins d'accessoires, matériel constamment allégé et réduit en taille, chaussures, ski, sac en matériaux plus légés etc.. Ta 'bike' semble lourde ? poids ? pneus larges, sur les routes asphaltée ce doit être un handicap, mais ensuite en montagne ce sera peut-être un avantage. Bravo pour tous tes efforts, vas-y ''poupou'' comme disaient les Français en voyant passer Raymond Poulidor, un ex champion cycliste du tour de France très sympathique. Il neige encore dans le nord de la France aujourd'hui 7 avril. ici tout va bien. Vitor enchanté de son séjour chez ta maman. Il veut y retourner. A bientôt Patrick
