You can't go to Sri Lanka and not to have a cup of Ceylon Tea( mind you the name of the country has changed in 1972, the tea is still called Ceylon) I went to find out the place from where a good cuppa comes from... After wondering around the Ancient cities I left for the hill country to educate myself and learn a bit about Tea Processing. I have learned some new words like Withering, Rolling, Fe ... read more
