People celebrating constitution amendments
I got up at 6am last Friday morning to see the celebration of the vote for a new constution and to see Avo Morales, Bolivia's president, speak and sign the constitution. I was surrounded by women labor groups, coca famers, minors chewing coca leaves and setting of dynamite to show their presence and many more. There was a really cool energy about and I stayed until I saw Avo speak.
