People celebrating constitution amendments

I got up at 6am last Friday morning to see the celebration of the vote for a new constution and to see Avo Morales, Bolivia's president, speak and sign the constitution. I was surrounded by women labor groups, coca famers, minors chewing coca leaves and setting of dynamite to show their presence and many more. There was a really cool energy about and I stayed until I saw Avo speak. La Paz and Lake Titicaca

Since I last blogged, I made it into La Paz after running around the City of Arica, Chile for the better part of a day trying to get everything together for my Bolivian Visa.
