A coach is driving along a motorway towards Bangkok and a window is randomly smashed throwing shards of glass over two of the passengers. That'll be me and Tom then. With that coach journey from Surat Thani preceded by a minibus from Railay and followed by a bus to Kanchanaburi it was a long day and night.
