We left Koh Chang under heavy rain bye ferry to Trat. Afterwards we took a minibus to the Cambodia border ( one and half hour). We have got our Cambodia visas at the border paying almost the double price (about 40 USD each) as written in internet. From the border to Koh Kong we shared a taxi by a Swiss man.
