Ferry toilet

It's a 16 hour ferry ride from Aswan to Wadi Halfa. We arrived at the port at 11am ish and made it through passport control and the various checkpoints and numerous ticket checks and finally got on the ferry for noonish. AfricaBound

Hi! Welcome to our travelblog page. We initally called ourselves "AfricaBound" because we spent a year traveling around Africa from August 2007 to August 2008. At that time, little did we even think that we could go on another extended trip. Somehow through much perseverance and determination we were able to save up for yet another extended trip, this time as sort of a honeymoon.
