the wholy ghats upon which the wholy brhaman sit and demand money from you. If you dont have a "pushkar passport" around your wrist then your in for a long day of hassles. (a pushkar passport is a little piece of red string that the brahman ties around your wrist after blessing you and everyone in your family... for a certain price per family member blessed... or the 21rps that the locals pay)
