Fraser Island is the worlds largest sand island and is formed by two limstone rocks gathering sand according to the tides and currents. It continues to grow at a rate of 1 metre a year. We were fortunate to visit this magnificent world heritage site by means of a 4WD safari/camping trip over a two night, three day period.
