We made an early start today and headed straight to Mont Martre. On the walk up the hill, we saw the Moulin Rouge. We admired the view from the platform in front of Sacre Coeur and explored the Artists’ Square. The group then travelled to the Palace of Versailles and were amazed by the extravagance and expansiveness of this palace and the gardens. It was then back to Paris to Musee D’Orsay ... read more
