Arrived at Goa airport quite tired after our very early start, and anxious about returning to India. Pleasantly surprised though to find that Goa isn't really much like the rest of India, being owned by Portugal until quite recently. A nice easy bus journey got us from the airport to the beach resort we wanted to stay in, and a bout of healthy haggling got us the best rates in any hotel so far. Af ... read more
