RE: 2 player card games! What is this 'pairs' you're talking about, do you mean snap???
We have finally left india for the last time, and are now in malaysia. Just about to go to Pulau Tioman in the south-east.

i'll keep me thinking cap on about 2 player card games, but do not under estimate the greatness of the game pairs! me and some of my friends resurrectred it the other month, and actually really enjoyed it!
RE: Where's Snowy? Snowy is fine, no need to worry, he's been resting for a few days. He didn't want to take the spotlight away from us. He'll be back posing for more photos soon.
re: clive Sorry for our ignorance, it seems your not the only one who knows who clive is. we can't beleive you just knew these dates off by heart though!! In the future we'll research more before posting things. xxx
Clive Clive of India, (1725 - 1774) established the military and political supremacy of the East India Company in Southern India and Bengal. By conquering the locals.
Also Derek and Clive - Peter Cook and Dudley More. Probably not as famous in Calcutta, but funnier than the earlier one.
RE: motionless Rhino It did move a little bit, but we still think it may have been tethered somewhere close by, or possibly sedated. I did get my shoe back with some difficulty as it was pitch black and the shoe was about 6 feet further down than I was.
Motionless rhino Did the rhino move at all? It must be related to the lion we saw at Newquay zoo. He/it didn't move very much either. Did Neil find his shoe? It is unfortunate that you can't go to Darjeeling but things do look pretty bad over there from the news we have seen. Hope the trip to Calcutta was interesting.
mmmmm ..... Yaaakkk Steak!!! It wasn't mayonnaise it was peppercorn sauce with mushrooms, and yes it was lovely. Rosie did eat it all, but is still feeling the after-effects now.
Hey Neil and Rosie
All sounds like such an adventure, hey rosie hope the mouse was not put under a coffee cup!!!!
Have loads of fun and look forward to hearing from you soon.
