Rome is just more than I ever expected. Every street you walk into is just so nice. There is a certain ambiance and history to the city. We are staying in a caravan park just outside of Rome. We have a tent with bed and linen. Very nice. There is no commercialisation of the history of Rome. It is unchanged. We will soon pick up the hire car and head down south to Sorrento and Pompeii.
