Kangaroo Island From Adelaide we did a one day trip to Kangaroo island, used to be inhabited by many kangaroos. Now there are more koalas. So many that the government started birth control and sterilisation programmes to reduce the number of koalas. So we saw koalas, kangaroos, walaby's and seals.
