Authentic French Food at Steve's House

This was a traditional recipe from Reunion Island, a French territory East of Madagascar in the Indian Ocean. This is where Steve's father and Brother live. We spent 4 nights with Steve and his family and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were amazed at how kind and generous they were to us. We were literally not allowed to lift a finger, as every meal was prepared for us and the cleaning up was taken care of, despite trying to insist that we could help!
