The Journey to the Cameroon Highlands was made on a Super VIP bus no less. It was about a 5 hour journey, and it set us back about 4 pounds each. I can't stress how comfortable these coaches are, the seats are pretty much like sitting in a first class airline seat, and its just the best way to get about.
