Day 80 and 81, The ferry crossing, Wellington and Taupo

April 11th 2007
We left Nelson on Tuesday morning and drove to Picton which is the ferry port to get the ferry across to the north island. We said goodbye to our little car and dropped it off at 10.30am. Our ferry wasn't until 1.15pm so we had some time to kill in Picton. Its a small port and town so a few hours is all you need. As it was sunny, all i wanted to do was sit outside and chill.
