This looks like a funfare ride but you say it is a sculpture. It looks like it has steps but some gradients look pretty steep. Can you walk all the way inside it?

Not the loop
You can walk everywhere except the loop. But there are steps and a rail going up there too so a well trained athlete, for example a gymnast could, for sure go all the way around. But it wouldn't be permitted. /Ake
