Rode past these letter boxes near the town of Sahuarita, Arizona south of Tuscon. Seems a nice typical image of America. The next day I read in the newspaper that 2 illegal imigrants were shot in the desert just south of here probably by other illegal immigrants. Illegal immigration is a big political issue in Arizona and also very dangerous. Lots of people die trying to cross over into the US by walking across very large section of hot inhospitable desert.

Apologies it has been some time since I last dropped a blog. Have been busy cycling across Mexico trying to keep on schedule. Not much hanging around after Tantoyuca. Have pedalled furiously.
