Kwae bridge

the round rails are original, the square ones were rebuilt after the bombing by the japanese govt.

Pip and i went and visited the war Memorial and the famous Bridge over the river Kwae. It was a very sad moment when you realised how many lives were lost during WWII to build the burmese -thai railway.
