so i was in queenstown for probly slightly to long about 2 and a half weeks i did love it there but i dont think the bank balance did. the first 7 days or so were quite quiet i did a few walks and hikes but mostly just chilled out oh and i went training for the local rugby club. the rest of the time was all action though after the first 5 nights i had to change room and then 2 nights later is when i first met blake, a canadian, and we went out and had a few drinks the following day we were both pretty hungover and so we just chilled out during the day and then went and got some of the best pizza ive ever had in the evening and then had a reasonabily early night. the next day we went in the morning and booked to do a bungee jump later that day, we booked the ledge which is a 44m drop and not the biggest in queenstown (134m), but is 400mm above queenstown so the views are great if not slightly daunting, bungy jumping was cool but was scary aswell and my legs didnt stop quiverring until i had been back on the ground for around 15 mins. that night i had to change rooms again and that was when i met, ryan, a canadian and bryan, brookes and matt, americans and i ended up going out with them and a kiwi guy who was staying in our dorm aswell. that night ended up being a bit of a blur and i was a bit tender the following day. i slept til quite late and then never did much all day. the following day i went out hiking during the day and then went out at night with the lads from my room. woke up the following day and went and booked to do a sky dive and then spent the next 24 hours absolutely sh**ing my self and then on my final day in queenstown i jumped out of a perfectly good aeroplane 15000ft above the earth services and raced towards the earth at somthing like 200km/h lukily theres someone strapped to the back of you who knows what hes doing, its still horrible though but at the same time its probly one of the most amazing things that i have or ever will do and i spent the next 6 hours or so pumped full of adrenaline until i got a massive come down around 9 o'clock and then just went really tired, probly quite a good thing really as its back to getting early busses tomorrow
