Another day in Auckland and still feeling jet lagged so have been taking it very easy. Managed to do some shopping and get flip flops which seem an absolute necessity out here. The hostel has a bar so we chilled out there for a while and met loads of other travellers which was great. It's the best thing about staying in a hostel - there are so many people to talk to and get travel trips from. I have met several Aussie/NZ stereotypes now - blonde dreadlocked hair, surfers clothes, tan - now I feel I am in Australasia!

I love visiting different countries - seeing amazing sights, getting to do new, exciting things every day, learning about other cultures and sampling the local food. I have been lucky enough to travel to quite a few countries, as shown on the map below, but there is so much more to see. My "to visit" list is long and always growing! Hopefully many more countries on my map will go red soon! ... full info
