The trailer is a 8/2006 17 foot all terrain 4x4 off road trailer some of the functions and extras are:-

#mechanical disc brakes
#2x mountain bikes

We also carry a honda eu10 generator for power and charging batteries plus a 500w pure sine wave power invertor for the laptop, camera batteries, shaver and things like that.

We use a variety of stuff for cooking gear from the 3 burner gas cooker in the trailer to a cobb cooker (for roasting, smoking, steaming, baking and frying which can also double as a heater in colder conditions) , we also have a camp oven , jaffle iron , metal hot plate/grill and a single butane cartrige cooker plus all the pots and pans and stuff .

For navigation we use a garmin gps with external aerial and have 2 map programs on the laptop which can be connected for live tracking . we also have all paper maps for areas we are going along with a compass for when the gps plays up ( my mates will know all about this , snow last year LOL still hurts thinking about it though LOL ) as they do . We carry a epirb as back up in case anything goes wrong .

This is how it stands now with one and half weeks to go . Just a few little finishing touches left and finished . All we need to do is pack everything in the car and trailer fill the tanks and we are ready to leave .

Hopefully this combination will take us everywhere we wish to go to in quite a deal of comfort and with ease . It has so far proven bullet proof and had no problems on all lead up trips so feel quite confident it will continue the same way from here .

On this post we have included 2 photos in the text box , but from now on we will just be adding all of our pics to the gallery area for quicker up loads and ease of use for us . There are 3 pictures in there as of now so keep an eye out in the gallery for new pics .

Any questions feel free to post in the comment or message area and we will get around to answering them when we can, please be patient .

P.S. No flexi shots for you yet Igor i'll get them up after i get a shot of it on big red in a few weeks!!

Give it a hit!!!
This blog is way too serious - as if that thing can even make it over a speed bump... you might contemplate taking a 200B, just in case you need a winch. Anyways peeps, nice photo of the shitbox GU - good to see it'll at least get you to Waterfall... only stirring! Have a good one - give me a holler whenever... JP \m/
