The Swan Bell Tower is a new addition to Perth’s waterfront. It was opened in December 2000 and is made up of a green glass spire which is surrounded by copper 'sails'. The Swan Bells were constructed as Western Australians Millennium project and are one of the largest musical instruments in the world.
