Day 77
Superpit bound, here we are, looking a the largest stripmine in the world, able to see it from space and a stunning view from ground level for us on a tighter budget. It was a nice start to the day we spent almost a solid hour with the binoc’s out looking at all the equipment. Otherwise, we did nothing but wonder around town. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for the night so we had a stove!!! And a stove meant Lasagna!! It’s the best. We had a feast. I happened to get my hands on a 4wd magazine and we have a few more ideas on where to head next. Woohoo, but those adventures have to wait till the east coast again. For now I have the map open and am reading into the Holland track.
