First stop Wadonga( all the names out here are very similar) its on the border of Victoria and New South Wales, the campsite is on a Lake which is only 30% full at the moment due to the drought, Neil noticed little huts on the camp pitches they were en-suite sites, your own shower and toilet, well he had to have one, what with the conservatory and now an en-suite, it was nice though. We satyed here two nights the area was an army base there was a lot of history to it with a museum open to the public on the base.
Next stop Kiawa, this is only one and a half hours away form Sydney but it was getting late, nice campsite, we met a couple from Whitby who were travelling

Found a campsite called Sherralee only two star but right near the station into Sydney it only takes 10-15 mins and only $4 return ( just under 2 pounds) well got settled in, met lots of nice people, first went over to the fishermans Club it was friday night rock'n'roll we sat amazed at how good the people were at jiving,we asked a man called Charlie if he could teach Neil he laughed and said it takes 25 years to get this good! anyway nice to have met him he lives on the campsite, so we went back for a night cap!Charley invited us to a BBQ at his place the following week, meanwhile Christmas eve arrived it was a lovely hot day, we bought a couple of Santa hats and set of into Sydney for a day out. we really enjoyed it, but it's not like christmas at all here, no christmas spirit, not like home, after a good day out we went

Stayed in Sydney for three weeks as I got attached to the campsite and the people there, we had a fab time.
New years eve, we went out with Kelly Lee Nick and Leah, the atmosphere was fantastic went around some bars then went to the Circular Quay to try and squeeze in to get sight of the fireworks, we did get in but never seen a crowd like it in my life, the photos are rubbish as everyone held up there camera at the same time. got some fab video footage, dont know how to put it on here yet will sort it! after the fireworks we went back around the bars until the early hours,
Charlie and his friend Ted,told us of the local clubs around here like working men's clubs back home but better, they all have fantastic restaurants in them the food is great and good
Sydney
circular quay where the buskers hang out prices too, they even have courtesey buses to take you there and back, also there a betting shop inside( oh no, thought we'd escaped that)Charlie Ted and Ted'd partner Keiran invited us to the club for Sunday afternoon drinks and Lunch, we had a great time.
Whilst on the campsite we would pop to there houses and have a chat and a beer of course!thy made us really welcome, Ted gave us his recipe for his bolognaise sauce, Neil was cheeky and asked Ted to make it first for us to try, he did, it was really good. A girl was passing our camper I asked her to help me with the laptop, Becky and her boyfriend Henk, they helped me load photo's on , they called in most days, we made good friends Neil calls her an adopted daughter!
Well its time to leave this campsite, just one more party before we go, I was upset when we left, it was a good time we had here, it would be a nice area to live in.But I'm not emigrating!Neil would!
