Sunday 24th July
We have decided that it is too cold in Towoomba to stay and find work so we are heading towards Bundaberg and hope that being closer to the coast and a little further north the weather will be a little warmer.
We have found a lovely bush caravan park in Murgon (just out of Kingaroy - Bjelke-Petersen country)
Barambah Bush Caravan Park $24pn.
This park is set on 60acres of natural bush and is just lovely, with a large dam and lots of walking paths.
We visitied Bjelke-Petersen dam, which was very pretty with lots of bird life and fishing is also allowed. We drove over the dam wall to the other side.
When we went for a walk at the caravan park I took a great reflection photo over the dam just as the sun was setting.
