Farewell Dinner

FINALS ARE OVER!! I am officially done with 3 of my 4 classes and the Australian portion of the trip is done. Time is flying by. We went with our group to a haunted tour of Queen street in the city. It was the lamest thing ever. Our guide talked about ghost stories in the streets where happy music and laughing kids were playing….so the scary vibes were pretty much nonexistent.

To celebrate, we all went out to the RE (Royal Exchange) bar which is the 20 year old Australian college place to go only on Wednesdays. Maria and I passed about 300 people in line to get in. There was a guy dressed as a chicken for Halloween. Oh yea – Maria got egged in the crotch! Note the pants picture.

Thursday night was the farewell dinner with our Australian professors. The food was delicious and everyone dressed up. I am about to enter the craziest days of my life - the 10 day break. I’m going with my 4 best girl friends to Sydney and then Queenstown in the South Island of New Zealand. Can’t wait.
