Sunday and another hot day. We caught the ferry to Manly beach. It appeared as if the whole of Sydney also wanted to go there, the ferry was packed. We did get there and had a meal. The beach was how I imagined an Aussie beach to be People surfing and playing beach volleyball.

The fight through the crowds to get the ferry home left us both exhausted and we were pleased to get home and read. Both felt a little homesick for the first time.
I finished the girl with the dragon tattoo trilogy and Wendy is now on a new Ken Follett book.
