Sunset from our Balcony
Australia, after a 18 hour flight from Chile with a stop over in Auckland and loosing a day in our life due to crossing the international date line we arrived in Sydney. It was so nice to be able to order a coffee in english and understanding what was said back to us was even better.

We spent 15 months in total in Australia, while it would take a full book to write about all the things we did and places we seen, here are some highlights:

Sydney: Beer on our balcony on a Friday evening; Enjoying the excellent restaurants the city has to offer; drinking in the Rocks, specially the Fortune of War and roof top in the Glenmore hotel; Barbie's and BBQ, lots of them; Darling Harbor; Fishing on a boat in Middle harbor; deep sea fishing; coffees cruises around the harbor with Ann and Joe; the fish market; Ice cream on Manly beach; Enjoying Madam Butterfly in the Opera house; the rotating tower restaurant; The Oaks - no more need be said; Chargrill Charlies on a Sunday evening; Balmoral, Manly, Whale and Palm beaches; Clontarf picnic area; Spit to Manly and Bondi to Coogee walks; Cocktails in the Bayswater Brasserie; Wedges in any pub in Sydney or Australia; Lawn Bowels; Coffee in Don Aidon in Mosman and coffee in Chatswood; CSR and Harvey Norman; Claire getting a job that gave her trips to Perth and Melbourne

East Coast: Australia day camping in Jimmy's beach; Blue Mountains camping for Easter, thanks to Coles we had a great dinner; Weekend in the Hunter Valley, wine tasting; wagon wheels and runny eggs; Camping in Hat Head, Seal Rocks, Minnie Water - best camping spot ever; Walks around national parks; Camp fires; Bryon Bay; Crowdy Bay national park; Sunset in South West Rocks; The Sunshine coast, Coolum beach; early morning walks on a empty beach; Fraser island; 4x4 driving in sand, getting stuck and rescued twice by the same lads; Morris the van and his head gasket!!
