Our apologies go to all the people who were trying to read our blog. Technology let us down badly. There was no internet access at the hotels we stayed that I could find. The biggest problem was when we were on the boat. When our ship was moving,especially on the Main Canal, there was no internet connection. The bridges were so incrediably low the aerial was retracted so it wasn't broken. When we were in town and the aerial was raised there was a very strong filter system being used. It did not allow me to use the blog site or even access our emails. It was a very frustrating time had by all. We are at home now trying to rest and recover from the supposedly restful trip. We both have the flu from our time on the boat. Most people on board caught it. I'll try and get a few photos on the site soon just to make it worthwhile. Thanks for your patience. Brian and Barb.
