The article I read was "Snake charmer unleashes cobras in India office" it was about a man who walked into a northern India tax office and dumped a bunch of snakes in the office floor, in the pile of snakes was four cobras. Many of the workers were on their desks with sticks and table cloths trying to push or scare the snakes away. Eventually the workers backed out the room and waited for experts to capture and get rid of the snakes. The motivfood the man to dump the snakes was because he wanted some land for the snakes, but the managers wouldnt give him the land because accorded to the man they wanted him to bribe them into getting the land. Even the man insist on his story there was no paper on or about him getting land for the snakes.
