July 11 Ohio to Wisconsin

Day 1- Traveled Ohio to Indiana to Illinois to Wisconsin. 566 miles/1185 so far. We slept ina nd left at 8am after we paked up camp. we stopped at The University of Notre Dame for about an hour. We walked all over campus-saw touchdown Jesus and the golden dome. What a beautiful school. We hit big time traffic in Chicago. Two hours in bumper to bumper traffic that puts DC's to shame. Phil handled Wynona(we named our RV-Phil prefers Winnie)like a champ. iwa svery impressed as I sat at the table emailing at that point-it pays not to be the driver!The tolls so far have been killing us!We passed into Central Time so we gained an hour-niether of us knew it! We pulled into Wyalusin Stae Park in wisconsin about 9pm. Very rustic park. Didn't have time to do much but take a shower and go to bed.)Oh- Wisconsin(check!)

What an amazing country we live in and what beauty God created. It's cool at night but has been in the upper 80's during the day-perfect!
