Catching up from Texas!

Hi everyone!! Just a quick blog to check in with you all. We flew into Austin this morning, what a horrendous night of travelling! 3 hours layover in Houston after 2.5 hours in the smallest plane ever!! Then a 24 minute (yes 24 minute!) flight from Houston to Austin.

Just to add to the travelling we had an hour and ten minute bus to our hotel where we are going to chill out by the pool for the rest of the day. Scotty didn't sleep a wink last night and Annie had about 2 hours so we want to recover for a full day tomorrow. In spite of the looooong journey, our first impressions of Austin are good so far! We'll tell you all about it in tomorrow's blog!

We're 6 hours behind now instead of 8 so there will definitely be a blog waiting for you when you wake up 😊

p.s we did some washing again today, the shrunk count went up since last time from one of Scotty's t shirts to 4 of his and 4 of mine...turns out British clothes don't agree with American washing machines :/ we would have been better of staying smelly!!

Ye it's been amazing so far and still more to come! We're slightly jet lagged again but Austin comes to life at night so we shall take pictures of the live bands and bars later :) xx

Hiya. hope you're both feeling refreshed now after your chill out day, and ready to go again! Looking forward to hearing what Austin is like. All good here .... Bamp had 'wireless' installed today, but it's blowing his brain at the moment!! El is working his first shift at the Stadium tonight....so we'll be hearing what he thinks of that shortly!!
