Lake Placid
November, 2006

The weather remained unchanged from Montreal, but that was the only similarity. Lake Placid certainly will see the return of moi next year.

I felt more at home in this town of 3,000 inhabitants than in a town with millions. Go figure..or just go figure skate 😊

Had the opportunity to walk around Mirror Lake getting soaked and soaking in the views. Whiteface Mt was not making an appearance during my stay, but I'm sure we will meet soon.
