Our first trip by train

Today we took the train from Buffalo to Albany, since the wether was not good for hitchhiking. As some people told us already before the trains are not quite in time and also our train was almost an hour late. But there are very comfortable and have a good service on board. We got picked up from a volunteer worker in Albany, who drove us up the mountains to IICD- Massachusets, where we saw the first snow this year.

We (Anna-Pauline, Claudia and Urska) are students on two schools (DNS and PTG/DAgskole) in Tvind. We decided to organise a six week study travel in USA. Our aim is to learn about modern pedagogy and American culture and society. Our aim is to visit various schools, research centers and other institutions. We will travel from Chicago along the east coast to Orladno. During this time we will use public transportations and hitchhike.
