Yet another long drive. Once again I slept most of the day so not much to tell from the drive. We watched the movie "The Help" on our last leg of the trip. It was a really good movie all about maids in Jackson, Mississippi and their stories about the families they worked for. Once we arrived at the hotel we had a couple of hours to kill so I slept again. Idefinitely needed to catch up on sleep!

Then it was time to hit the twon. First off we had a riverboat dinner cruise. It was really nice to sit and chat with people. It seems funny, but we havent really done that as a group yet. Whenever we go out partying, we never get a chance to chat properly because the music is too loud. The food was pretty good too, we had a biffet that included some meat, jambalaya and gumbo, and for dessert there was bread pudding.

After dinner we started our pub crawl, and what a way to start. We started at Pat O'Briens, home of the hurricane. Basically it is a drink with 1.5oz of light rum and 1.5oz of dark rum, mixed with a sugary mixer. Sounds good right? Well we supersized it! for $100 (plus $75 deposit and tip) we got "THE MAGNUM" which is 64oz of alcohol, plus mixer and ice. It was huge! It took alot of us alot of time to finish it, but we finished it. It set us up for a pretty good night. Next we went to Tropical Isle, home of "The Hand Grenade". It is the most ludacrisly powerful drink out. It has 1.5oz each of gin, midori, vodka, bacardi and grain alcohol. It was so good, but so so strong. The night gets a bit hazy from here, but I do remember going to a bar where they were playing some rock music including "Down Under" and "Paradise City". This bar also had cheap test tube shots, which I apparently took full advantage of, since I woke up with a bunch of them on my bedside table. I also ended up doing my usual drunk trick and dancing with my top unbuttoned. Ive been told that I was the highlight of the night by some people, however everyone got separated, so there are alot of funny stories going around today
