All settled in at the Green River Stables RV Park. We took a ride yesterday before work (work is 5pm - 10pm this week...letting us old farts get acclimated to physical labor as well as the time...). We went over to the Green River Lake Marina...you can rent your houseboat there to head out on the lake...nice!! Then tootled around and over the dam (it's a Corp of Engineers facility). Saw lots of vultures and a bunch (gaggle, herd, flock?????) of turkeys 😊

Yesterday was our first day of the actual job...been doing paperwork and training until now. I'm stowing product and Glenn is receiving it (scanning it into the system). So far, we're both pretty happy with the type of work. I'm doing quite a bit of bending and stretching with the walking and G's pretty stationary at his work station. As was the case when we worked Amazon in Fernley, NV, the folks both training and the "regular" workforce are very nice to us campers! They love that we come, work and come back the next day...not so much with the "temp" workers they hire through a service.

(For anyone not following us the past few years, we're living in our 40' motorhome and travel the country. We get jobs here and there...campgrounds, Amazon, sugar beet harvest, etc...depending on how long we want to stay in an area and what is available there.)

Our schedule is Tues thru Friday, so a couple more nights, then we have the weekend!!
