3/18/2014 - Today we did the airboat ride, what a ride!!! Driver, Derrik; drove the airboat like he had stolen it :-). Was a good ride, he did a couple of donuts in open areas of the swamp. We stopped in one open area and were wondering what we stopped for until we saw a raccoon approach the boat in a tree. Then another, and another, and another, and another, must have be 20 or more come to the boat. Derrick said sometimes that is not good, when the gators are in this area they know the raccoons come to the boat also. Easy dinner.

We rode over to an area where we were told there were large gators, saw several of really good size.

Jack fixed pulled pork hoagies for supper.
