Today I started my training for the swiming skills for the SSI Divemaster certification with a performance swim test at the Tamarac Aquatic Center. I swam 32 lenghts of 25 meters in 23 minutes. For the test I have to do the same lenght in 16 minutes which means that I have to improve my speed in 7 minutes about 13 seconds faster for each lenght.

I have to swim 32 lenghts in 960 sec. 30 sec per lenght!! I am doing 43 sec at the moment.

The good thing is that a little bit of weather moved in and I got asked to leave the pool right after I was fisnished and they gave me a refund. :)
