buenos dias amigos y amigas! or rather goodnight if you're reading now. its brunchtime here so its quite funny thinking of all you guys getting into your pjs/watching miss marple/down the pub on your 8th pint of the day. (ps this is nat by the way, we're going to take it in turns to write).

the good news is, yesterday the skies cleared and we got some AMAZING views over the bay and of the golden gate bridge. the even better news is that yesterday is the day we chose to head out to wine country. its very beautiful and we drank some fine boozes. i found it quite weird the way you only get about 2 minutes to drink each glass and was lagging behind a bit. luckily i had a willing companion to help me with downing the dregs...

rewinding a bit, thanks to ms lucas for getting up at the crack of dawn to see us off and make us our last proper cup of english char for a year or so! the flight was long and inducing of a sore bum. si had to sit next to a 6 foot 8 fat goth so was

anyway, hope you guys are all very well and happy. we'll be putting some photos up soon so come and have a look back when you get a chance.

loads of love to you all

Off with the sceptics...
Cockerney rhyming slang for Yanks I believe??? It cannot be true that I am the first commentater on your blog? Probs just me not gettin' it as usual? Anyways kids - will be defo following your progress around le monde avec beaucoup d'interet. Once again is probs necessary to comment on what a wonderfooool wedding you had and how much you will be missed. Well to be fair, you'll probs not be missed in Lyon - cos you've not been here! But let's just say that had you HAD been here - then you would've been being missed? How is that for some fine employment of the beautiful English language? Enjoy kids. Lots of love as always.
