Again, this Morning I was in no hurry (I think I may have been infected with the Californian chill factor, and maybe taking it a little too seriously!!) After spending a bit of time with the wierdos that seem to inhabit the library in particular the internet room (as Amy S says: 'America, home of the freaks'!!!), I decided to go to the old town part of San Diego, and Jillian, from the hostel, said she'd thought the same so we went together after lunch.

The old town is literally the old part of San Diego where the original Mexican inhabitants lived. It is now preserved for tourists and is layed out like an old mexican village. It was very interesting nad very pretty with lots of shops selling touristy bits and pieces - mexican ponchos etc, and it looked a little bit like something out of a western film, After a good old look around we came back and had a BBQ at the hostel.
